Applies to merchandise sold through Hudson River Tactical online store.
Hudson River Tactical merchandise may be fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners. Because many items are made to order, our return policy differs from a traditional retail store.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable
2. Returns for Buyer Preference
Because merchandise is often produced to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to:
- Incorrect size selection by the customer
- Color preference
- Change of mind
- Buyer preference after order submission
3. Return Approval
If a return, replacement, or refund is approved, Hudson River Tactical will provide further instructions based on the nature of the issue and the fulfillment process used for the order.
